Installation Guide
Step 1 - Surface Preparation
- Ensure wall is dry,clean and free from dust, oil or loose particles
- Check wall flatness using a straightedge (≤ 4mm gap for 3m length)
- Dampen surface if highly absorbent.
Step 2 - Preparing the mix
- Mix with recommended ratio until smooth, consistent and creamy paste
- Mechanical mixing is recommended
Step 3 - Apply/Spreading the mix
- Using steel trowel / plastering trowel to spread the plaster mortart onto substrate.
- Apply evenly and press firmly onto substrate
- Apply at 2–4mm per layer
- Apply additional layers only after previous layer dries
Step 4 - Level and Smooth
- Level and smooth using steel trowel
- Ensure surface is flat and consistent.
- Allow initial set (~24 hours)
Step 5 - Finishing
- Allow curing for 1–2 weeks before painting / finishing
- Ready for final coating (paint / plaster finish / etc.)
